Capital Pattern and Model, Inc. is a premiere manufacture of pattern equipment for the foundry industry. Capital Pattern designs pattern equipment to meet the needs of the casting and foundry. We will build patterns for your foundry source or ours. We work hard to find the balance between different types of tooling based on number of castings needed, total project duration, and casting costs while maintaining quality and cost effectiveness. From prototype wood and plastic patterns to full production equipment we take pride at meeting short lead times. We work closely with foundries to develop patterns that reduce scrap and grinding to reduce the overall casting cost. Our skilled journeyman pattern makers are traditional tradesmen, who have great pride in their craftsmanship. They produce quality patterns, using manual and computer-aided machinery.
