All of our staff has gone through extensive MasterCam™ training, and each bringing significant experience in the trade to every customer project. This experience allows Capital Pattern to approach a range of customer projects, bringing solid experience with traditional methods as well as computer technology. Management Doug   Doug is President of Capital Pattern and Model, Inc. Before buying the company in 1990, he worked for his father, Richard, as well as a number of shops in Indiana and Colorado. He worked as an apprentice pattern maker and journeyman in the trade for 22 years before taking over a management position. Today, Doug is primarily responsible for product controls, sales and marketing, engineering and design, and daily operations.
